As one of the most listened to radio personalities in Columbus, Ohio, since 2003, Mike Ricordati hosts the sports talk show The Common Man and T-Bone each afternoon. A core focus is on Ohio State University football and basketball, as well as local teams such as the Columbus Crew SC and the Blue Jackets. Mike Ricordati also covers statewide professional sports, from the Cleveland Browns to the Cincinnati Reds, and as the Director of Content and Imaging, he is responsible for the full range of programming on WBNS -AM, WBNS-FM, and The Fan Radio Network.

Mr. Ricordati’s work in journalism extends back to the late 1990s, when he was a reporter with WFXW in St. Charles, Illinois, and covered DuPage and Kane County high school sports for daily radio reports. While earning a degree in radio at Columbia College, he served as a sports producer with the nationally syndicated Sporting News Radio network, taking on his current responsibilities in 2003.

A culinary enthusiast, Mr. Ricordati is drawn to bread and pizza-making, and also creates cakes and cookies from scratch that he shares with his CommonManRadio audience on Twitter. Community-involved, Mike Ricordati supports mental health awareness efforts and has been an Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board of Franklin County spokesperson.
